In what sizes do the shoes come?

Our shoes are handmade in Israel in a family factory in Tel Aviv.

Our production starts from size 33 to 42 and includes half sizes.

We use high quality leathers and raw materials so that you can maximally enjoy the shoe you purchased 👠

 

What is the store address?  Where can the shoes be measured on my foot? Measurement and purchase is possible at our store: 

Ahuza 115 Raanana, Israel (052-7270018).

Our store is also an online store - so you can order most shoes at https://www.bradshaw.co.il  

 

What does this mean?

When you order the shoes you want from the website,

they reach you at home, and you measure in your home.

If the shoes fit you perfectly - Enjoy!

 

What to do if the shoes do not fit?  Is it possible to return? does not fit? Everything is fine - you can send them back to me up to a month from the date of purchase, and receive a full refund.

Of course you can change the color or size at no extra cost.

How soon will I receive the shoes?

Delivery to a distribution point will take up to 14 business days (except in remote areas, where delivery to the home will take up to 21 business days).

How do you even buy shoes for an event like a wedding online without measuring?

You will not believe how much simpler and more convenient it is for you! Once you order from the website, the shoes are sent to your home. You can measure them comfortably, take them with you to the measurements of the dress, make sure the color is accurate, have fun with them - and only then make a decision.

Fit perfectly? Great :) Not suitable - no problem! You can return them up to one month from the date of receipt and get all the money back.

Between us - shoes are not a Catholic wedding 😉

Info about the works of art displayed on our website - important to know! The artist Itamar Tal sells his works on our website but also directly in his studio at the same prices as the prices on our website.

If you purchase a work of art that has already been purchased by another buyer, we will notify you by email immediately and offer you the option to purchase a faithful copy of the original, which will be prepared especially for you by the artist Itamar Tal by hand.

The delivery and return policy for the works of art is the same as the existing policy on the website - return up to one month from the date of purchase, and you can receive a full refund for a product that will be returned as shipped without defects .

 

How do you order items on the site?

First of all, go to the top right corner of the screen to connect or register to the site. There you will be asked to enter your username and password. If you are not yet registered for the site, you can register as a new user or make a purchase as a guest. Now comes the part you have been waiting for.

You are welcome to wander through the various categories, choose the items that are exactly equal in color and if it suits you, add them to the shopping cart by clicking on the relevant button.

The last step in your online shopping trip is the checkout

(the details entered on the checkout page will be used to send the invoice and package.), Where you will choose your preferred payment method.

That's it, the package is on its way. We will update you by email when it is packaged and when it leaves our warehouses on the way to you.

How do you sign up for a newsletter?

Feel free to sign up for our excellent newsletter to be updated first with all our news and benefits. In short, worth it. How can I pay for my order?

How will I know that my order has been received by you?

Immediately after the purchase process, a window will appear declaring

How do I track my order status?
